This Acceptable Use policy is part of the Terms of Use. Ordinary personal verification is allowed. The following is not.
You may
Use TruSight for lawful personal verification of messages, claims, media, product packs, and documents you have a legitimate reason to examine.
You must not
- Use TruSight to harass, stalk, dox, or discriminate against anyone
- Use ID, document, or legal-record features for employment, tenancy, credit, insurance, immigration, policing, caste, community, or other regulated or discriminatory screening
- Impersonate another person or use a result to make a knowingly false, defamatory, threatening, or misleading allegation
- Create or distribute a share link containing personal data, private communications, or confidential material you are not authorised to disclose
- Upload child sexual abuse material or any content that exploits minors
- Attempt to bypass rate limits, scrape the API, or reverse-engineer providers
- Represent a TruSight score as a court finding, KYC result, bank decision, or professional certificate
- Run automated bulk checking that harms the Service
- Submit another person’s government ID or sensitive document without a lawful basis
- Use the Service to spread coordinated disinformation, malware, fraud, illegal content, or instructions that facilitate harm
Enforcement
We may reject a check, revoke a share link, suspend or terminate access, preserve relevant records where law permits, and report illegal content where required. Security and abuse records controlled by us are ordinarily retained for no more than 30 days unless needed for an active investigation or legal obligation.
